This blogsite is created mainly to stay in touch with our fans on newly arrived LEPIN sets on our brand new Online Store at https://lepinmalaysia.com and our Facebook Page, as well as for the exchange of reviews and photos of completed sets.As described on our Online Store and Facebook Page, our online store is created for LEPIN fans in Malaysia by a group of LEPIN fans who are passionate in helping fellow fans owning their favorite set at the lowest price possible and in the shortest time possible. We are committed to execute COD in Klang Valley within 24 hours of order confirmation (Yes! Even on weekends and public holidays). For orders from the rest of Malaysia, we partnered with GDEX and Upright Logistics (for Sabah & Sarawak) to ensure the speediest delivery of your orders. 1. What is the currency of prices shown on BrickXpress Malaysia online store?
All prices shown are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

3. Does BXM have a physical shop?
We do not maintain a physical shop/showroom at the current moment (possibly in the future). This has helped us to keep our prices to the minimal. However, and if you must know, we are based in Pudu, Kuala Lumpur and that is why we recommend CODs to take place around Pudu, Berjaya Times Square, or Bukit Bintang if you want to arrange an immediate COD.
Please do take note that if you are willing do COD within the mentioned locations, we are more than willing to give your a RM10 rebate for each item you have purchased, with no conditions attached. For COD at other areas, the COD timing would be subject to our slot availiability but we would still ensure that COD happens within 24 hours from order confirmation! :-)
4. How can I pay for my orders? Does BXM accept credit/debit cards?
Regardless of where you placed your orders, i.e. via BXM website / Facebook Messnger / e-mail, all payments based on the agreed quotation given, can be made via bank transfer / cash deposit at almost ALL local banks (just let us know which bank you prefer). For COD arrangements, we only accept cash upon delivery to your desired locations.
If you wish to make a payment by debit / credit card (only available at our Online Store, you can do so by creating a PayPal account and link your cards into your PayPal account and pay us via PayPal. There will be no additional charge for customers paying via PayPal with their cards.
5. Are the prices of LEPIN / DECOOL sets on BXM negotiable?
Unfortunately, prices of items listed on the our website are not negotiable However, we will be giving out electronic discount coupons from time to time during promotion period, which you can use to obtain discounts for your purchases. Do stay tuned to our Facebook Page and be the first to know about such promotions!
Additionally, if your total order is above RM1500 in one order, we are more than willing to discuss a bulk purchase price with you. Please do PM us on our Facebook Page or drop us an email to discuss further!
6. Does BXM ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we only serve customers residing in Malaysia for now. We have no near future plans to expand our business to cater for international customers.
7. What is the shipping method and lead times for non-COD purchase?
For shipping of order(s) to location within Semenanjung Malaysia, we partner with GDEX, as for Sabah & Sarawak, our courier partner is Upright Logistics, who specializes in logistic services within Sabah & Sarawak. All couriers will come with a tracking number, which we will provide to you as soon as your orders are picked up by the courier company.
All shipping to Semenanjung Malaysia are FREE, regardless of purchase amount. The lead time will be around 2-3 working days from the time your orders are picked up by GDEX.
For shipping to Sabah & Sarawak, depending on regions and city/town, the delivery time will take about 3-7 working days from the time your order(s) are picked up by Upright Logistics. We will provide discounted shipping rate for shipping to Sabah & Sarawak.
All shipping to Semenanjung Malaysia are FREE, regardless of purchase amount. The lead time will be around 2-3 working days from the time your orders are picked up by GDEX.
For shipping to Sabah & Sarawak, depending on regions and city/town, the delivery time will take about 3-7 working days from the time your order(s) are picked up by Upright Logistics. We will provide discounted shipping rate for shipping to Sabah & Sarawak.
8. Does LEPIN / DECOOL sets have missing part issues? How would BXM address them?
Based on the past experience of our customers, most LEPIN / DECOOL sets comes perfectly fine, with no missing pieces. However, there are some cases where missing parts are reported. It's perfectly normal! We promise to replace any major parts missing from your packages, as our supplier alows us to claim so far. Major parts would mean parts that is obvious, or important in order to advance the stages of bricking. For minor parts, we would recommend you sourcing it yourself from local bricktoys shop or online as it would take a shorter time if you can do it yourself. :-)
9. What is the on-going promotion on BXM right now?
